Swiftune is proud to unveil a truly landmark development for historic Mini racing: the first dedicated race series for Pre-66 Appendix K Minis. Created in partnership with Equipe Classic Racing, this all-Mini championship finally gives these iconic cars a standalone platform to compete on equal terms — Mini against Mini, just as enthusiasts have long hoped for.

Pre-66 Minis have always punched above their weight, delivering some of the most memorable “David vs Goliath” battles in historic motorsport. Now, with a series built exclusively around them, drivers can look forward to closer competition, accessible racing, and a paddock atmosphere that celebrates the spirit of the Mini community.

The inaugural 2026 season features four fantastic UK venues: Snetterton (6–7 June), Donington (4–5 July), the crowd-favourite Brands Hatch Mini Festival (22–23 August), and a season finale at Silverstone (4 October).

Open to all Pre-66 FIA Minis and Appendix K derivatives, this new series promises an exciting new home for Mini racers.
